Aircall: Getting Started Guide

Before you get started on Aircall, please ensure you have downloaded the following:
To activate your account, please add a card by following these steps:
  • Log into your Aircall Dashboard > My Company (bottom left hand corner) > Billing > Insert Credit/Debit card.
  1.  Training - please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our on-demand videos:
  • User Training - Agent Learning Lab Path – covers the Aircall Workspace. Users who complete the training path will receive a certificate as proof of completion.
  • Admin Training - Admin Learning Lab Path – covers the ins and outs of the Aircall Admin Dashboard.
  2.  Set up the numbers in your dashboard - you must enable at least one call recording option and transcribe said recordings to use Aircall AI
  3.  HubSpot integration - Please refer to our documentation to install and accurately configure your HubSpot integration.

  4.  Forms
  • Caller ID form - I suggest completing this form to set up Caller ID for your numbers. There are limits as described in the Caller ID Request guide. Just submit a ticket here under 'Contact Us' once you've signed in with your login credentials. Select Numbers and Porting Request, then select 'submit CNAM' request as the reason for reaching out.
  • I also recommend including Stir/Shaken attestation in your registration by checking off that box.
  • Spam mitigation resources – filling out the five carrier forms (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) will help build trust for your number and mitigate spam markers.
  • SMS registration - to submit your registration through the Aircall Dashboard. Follow the steps in this article. We also have this step-by-step video and a guide that shows you how to complete the form. A2P10DLC is an industry-wide regulation and cannot be expedited. There is a 5-7 business-day waiting period for outbound SMS to fully activate once that number is live on Aircall and added to your approved SMS registration.
