      How do I link HubSpot to Outlook?

      If you are using the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in, make sure that you have enabled the "Track email opens and clicks" option.

      There are two ways to link HubSpot to Outlook:

      • Using the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension: This is the easiest way to link HubSpot to Outlook. The extension adds a sidebar to Gmail that gives you access to HubSpot's marketing and sales tools, such as email tracking, lead scoring, and contact management. When you send an email from Gmail, you can choose to log it in HubSpot by clicking the "Log" checkbox.
      • Using the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in: This add-in gives you access to HubSpot's marketing and sales tools right in your Outlook inbox. You can use the add-in to track email opens and clicks, automatically add contacts to your CRM, send emails directly from HubSpot, and get notified of important emails.

      To link HubSpot to Outlook using the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension, you can follow these steps:

      1. Install the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension.
      2. Log in to your HubSpot account.
      3. Click the "Extensions" icon in the Chrome toolbar.
      4. Click the "HubSpot Sales" extension.
      5. Click the "Connect" button.
      6. Follow the instructions on the screen to connect your HubSpot account to your Gmail account.

      To link HubSpot to Outlook using the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in, you can follow these steps:

      1. Download the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in.
      2. Run the installer.
      3. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the add-in.
      4. In Outlook, click the "File" menu.
      5. Click "Add-ins".
      6. Click the "Manage" button.
      7. Click the "HubSpot Sales" add-in.
      8. Click the "Enable" button.

      Once you have linked HubSpot to Outlook, you will be able to use HubSpot's marketing and sales tools right in your Outlook inbox.

      Here are some additional tips for linking HubSpot to Outlook:

      • Make sure you are logged in to the same HubSpot account in both Outlook and the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension or the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in.
      • If you are using the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension, make sure that you have enabled the "Log emails" option.
      • If you are using the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in, make sure that you have enabled the "Track email opens and clicks" option.
